About IRM

Established by Michigan Youth Empowerment Foundation, Inspiring Role Models (IRM) Virtual Conference is a platform on which students collaborate and inspire each other to uncover their potentials. Role models are particularly important to adolescents who are going through the stage of identifying behaviors, attitudes, and qualities. Here, students will be able to hear from and follow the pace of leaders in their industries. Our role as HOPE is to help facilitate the lectures and plan ahead.
